Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Accurate Data Entry: Enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Document Type Identification: Identify document types based on provided guidelines, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Data Quality Review: Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, demonstrating commitment to data protection and regulatory compliance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed, providing support and ensuring seamless workflow.
- Process Improvement: Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes, contributing to ongoing quality improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Task Completion: Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, demonstrating strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Additional Office Duties: Perform other basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support team needs.

Typing Requirements
- Words Per Minute (WPM): 50 WPM at 95% accuracy, demonstrating strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Keystrokes Per Hour (KPH): 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy, demonstrating ability to efficiently and accurately enter data.
Compensation and Benefits
blithequark offers a competitive compensation package and benefits, including:
- Pay Rate: $12 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and salary growth.
- Schedule: Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required. Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
