- Receive customers or visitors, answer telephone calls, secure and provide requested information, and provide services or direct the request to those who can provide the customer with the information or services
- Process applications for various licenses or permits, serve as a cashier in an institution, lodge, resort, or other facility, and perform similar activities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- One year of experience in sales, public contact work, handling and processing mail, or general office clerical work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of methods and procedures concerning public contact, telephone procedures, spelling, punctuation, and grammar, and arithmetic
- Skill in operating various office equipment, including computers
- Ability to work with customers, gather data and facts, keep records, and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university courses in a related field preferred
