• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments, coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages, maintaining a well-stocked and organized office environment
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues, providing exceptional customer service and support

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role. You should possess:

• Knowledge of "back-office" computer systems and working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures and excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
