Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a variety of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Analyzing payment history and notes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Communicating statuses to customers and providing updates on their accounts
- Working in a metrics-driven environment and meeting performance goals and targets
- Collaborating with team members and leaders to achieve common objectives and share best practices
Work Schedule and Environment
Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7AM-7PM, with no weekends. As a remote worker, you will need to have a productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace with excellent internet connectivity. We will provide the necessary equipment to set you up for success, but you will need to have:
- Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better)
- Hardwired internet access (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and drive to solve problems and meet goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies
- Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field
