**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team at arenaflex in Woodland Hills, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly service to our customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance. You will learn about our products using our tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project. You will also be responsible for maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe.
**Responsibilities**

* Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments
* Work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments
* Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental
* The Customer Service/Sales position types may include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist
**Requirements**
* Starting pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered and location
* Pay range: $20.00 – $23.00
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

**Work Environment**
* Onsite – An associate in an onsite role is required to work at a specific arenaflex location in order to complete their job duties.
* Multisite – An associate in a multisite role works from multiple locations (e.g. arenaflex location or a customer’s homes) to complete their job duties.
* Hybrid – A hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual work locations. An associate will work from a designated arenaflex location on some days and remote/virtually on others.
* Remote/virtual – An associate in a remote/virtual role does not have to be at a designated arenaflex location to complete their job duties.
**Online Assessment**
As part of the application process for this role, there will be an on-line assessment. The assessment usually takes about 17 minutes to complete.
