We are now seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time temporary basis, working remotely from Friday to Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST.

Job Overview

As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Manager (CSM), ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
