**Job Summary**
We're seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to work on our weekend day shift from Friday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. This role is initially temporary, hired on an "at need" basis, with the potential for a permanent offer after three months if performance metrics are met. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, answering their questions, and providing product information to ensure a seamless shopping experience. You'll also be tasked with collecting and sharing customer feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met effectively.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner.
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand.
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line.
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide product information and answer order questions to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
* Collaborate with external teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
* Collect and share customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer experiences.
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
* A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs.
* On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business.
