As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary** We're seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to work on our weekend day shift from Friday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. This role is initially temporary, hired on an "at need" basis, with the potential for a permanent offer after three months if performance metrics are met. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, answering their questions, and providing product information to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
