Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team at blithequark. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving success. Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes related to fleet acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposal. You will collaborate closely with lessors and airline customers to understand their needs, lead implementations, anticipate gaps, and support product management in addressing those gaps.
