About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist, Payer to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring that state Medicaid agencies have a positive experience with our applications and services. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with state Medicaid agencies to bring transparency, trust, and contract compliance to drug discount programs for commercial managed care, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of the healthcare industry to drive positive outcomes.
- Analyze and perform quality control and quality assurance to deliver validated dispute reports to state agencies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional quality.
- Engage US state agencies in dispute resolution on behalf of customers, utilizing a timely and comprehensive outreach process, including monitoring automated messaging and proactive communication to minimize customer escalations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer success criteria and align with assigned arenaflex business objectives (MBOs), driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and process improvements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain workflows and business processes related to the dispute resolution management process, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Position yourself as the voice of the state agencies, troubleshooting issues that arise among various drug duplicate discount stakeholders, and providing exceptional support and guidance to drive positive outcomes.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of industry news and state/federal policy regarding changes to invoicing, dispute resolution, and process guidelines, ensuring that arenaflex remains at the forefront of the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrate a curious, creative, and solutions-focused approach to ensuring that arenaflex provides clients with services that optimize and comply with the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP) and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in administering and/or implementing a healthcare data management, medical claims, or similar SaaS/cloud-based product or platform, or 2+ years in a customer success related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple customers, escalations, and priorities simultaneously, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to drive positive outcomes.
- High level of proficiency with an office suite (such as Google for Business Applications or Microsoft Office) and Salesforce, with the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Ability to effectively communicate via virtual meeting and collaboration software, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to process and interpret data, and drive business insights and recommendations, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal direction, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, healthcare administration field, or equivalent, with a strong foundation in the healthcare industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience with the 340B program, the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, PBMs, state/federal agencies) and/or commercial managed care pharmacy contracts, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to leverage this expertise to drive positive outcomes.
- Experience with data manipulation/data analysis using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Advanced degree in pharmacy, life science, healthcare administration, or accounting, with a strong foundation in the healthcare industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A keen appetite for problem-solving, coupled with a sharp investigative intuition, and the ability to leverage your expertise and knowledge to drive positive outcomes and resolve complex issues.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
