About the Role
In this exciting part-time remote role, you will be the operational eyes and ears of our business, working closely with our customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide tailored solutions to drive their success. As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a mix of proactive and reactive customer success and support activities, including onboarding new clients, monitoring real-time metrics, and addressing customer issues as they arise.

You will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with our team of Customer Success Representatives, with minimal oversight, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Monitoring real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and being proactive when signs of poor health occur
- Promptly answering inbound support emails and responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicating with the arenaflex Operations and Product departments, and BPO leads when solving issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing; escalating to arenaflex Account Management and Leadership as needed
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in arenaflex's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions
- Helping maintain arenaflex's knowledge base for customers and assisting in the creation of new SOP's
- Tracking and documenting all happenings in HubSpot, following up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week
- Contacting Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery

What Sets You Up for Success
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role, with true call center experience being a plus
- Flexible/open availability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
- Metrics-savvy and proactive approach to monitoring metrics real-time and making decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency
- Accountable and independent mindset, with a strong sense of self-direction and pride in your work
- Tech-savvy skills, with experience using CRM/ticketing systems being preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/ticketing systems
- Knowledge of data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
- Certifications or training in customer success, customer support, or related fields
