About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and ensure that all relevant orders have shipped properly for the business day on our various platforms and channels
- Perform other customer support-related or administrative job duties as assigned
- Multitask and maintain a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Have excellent computer knowledge and usability, with familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Have experience using help desk software and remote support tools
