Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain utility accounts with precision and attention to detail
- Verify account eligibility and accessibility to ensure data integrity
- Prepare, distribute, and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare files for mass customer communications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in-house
- Scan or retain documents, maintaining organized and secure records
- Perform monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests to ensure compliance
- Enter data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases to support business insights
- Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Essential Qualifications
