**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle high-volume customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medication requests
* Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes)
* Settle all information passage-related exemptions
* Handle correspondence to patients and settle on outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed
* Settle outsider oddballs by exploring, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement prerequisites
* Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different areas
* Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting
* Obtain active professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a valid professional license or certification
**Essential Capabilities**
* Essential level PC skills, including:
+ Starting and closing the PC
+ Using the mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing documents
+ Accessing data online
* Essential web browser skills, including:
+ Opening a program
+ Composing in URLs in the right area
+ Using a web search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing forms online
* Moderate level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 25 WPM
+ Typing by memory
+ Organizing documents
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience providing customer support to internal and external customers, including satisfying quality guidelines for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 35 WPM
+ Typing by memory
+ Designing documents
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
