Responsibilities
• Manage Amazon and Shopify product catalogs, including titles, attributes, taxonomy, pricing, and inventory status
• Optimize product data for SEO, discoverability, and conversion across marketplaces
• Own in-stock management and inventory accuracy, partnering with supply chain as needed
• Analyze sales performance, run rates, and trends to support demand forecasting and replenishment planning
• Create and optimize product imagery and content to improve conversion
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track catalog health, inventory, and sales performance
Requirements
• Strong experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Shopify
• Comfort working across data management, analytics, and content optimization
• Solid grasp of eCommerce SEO, conversion drivers, and merchandising best practices
• Proficiency with common eCommerce, analytics, and content tools (spreadsheets, BI tools, PIMs, CMS, etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning complex datasets end-to-end
• Can work part-time EST hours
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
