Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist in our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical assistance to our client's customers. You will work remotely from Lithuania and be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support. If you are fluent in Lithuanian and have a good command of Russian and English, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian
• Provide technical and non-technical assistance to our client's customers
• Come up with efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries
• Treat customers with respect, following company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to ensure exceptional service and support

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Fluent in Lithuanian (C1)
• Good command of Russian and English (B2)
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in a call center environment, is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support role
• Knowledge of technology products and services
• Certifications in customer service or technical support
