**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional client care and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries
* Accurately processing and arranging customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
* Handling and processing various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborating with participating government organizations (PGAs)
* Maintaining and updating all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
* Adhering to all international importing and exporting regulations
* Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver high-quality service
* Processing organizational financier shipments
* Managing distant filings and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
* Ensuring adherence to all service and operational standards
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, business, international trade)
* No prior industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, Viewpoint, and office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of work
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* HS Certificate or GED
* Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or international trade
* Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures
* Knowledge of various software systems and reference materials
