**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions, identify untapped opportunities, and drive growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
* Forecast content engagement to inform procurement decisions and optimize content release strategies.
* Streamline our content release and episode discharge process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation.
* Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth.
* Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI methods.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
* Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems.
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Passion for media and entertainment, with a strong understanding of the industry.
