As a CAT Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and concerns related to catastrophe relief efforts, applying the latest customer service techniques and utilizing our account management systems to deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous support. This temporary, remote position offers flexible scheduling, with hours of operation from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST, allowing you to choose the shifts that work best for you.
