Job Overview
This role is part of the Compliance Group within the Human Resources/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results, maintaining relationships with various agencies, and ensuring database accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Compliance team with tasks such as acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint freedom letters
- Maintain associations with agencies, including TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
- Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues
- Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
- Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance
- Collaborate with clients and teams consistently, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
- Review completed Unique Fingerprint Applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications
- Access to the TSA Clearinghouse database
- Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup
- Advanced Access skills
- Ability to interpret large sets of data to create meaningful reports
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities
- Capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proven ability to apply fair and consistent use of company policies and government requirements
- Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in a compliance or data management role
- Knowledge of HRIS and EC systems
- Experience with database management and analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
