Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls to provide information and assistance regarding health care insurance options, ensuring each customer receives personalized support and guidance.
- Update customer and account information as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication.
- Utilize multiple database applications as resources to provide comprehensive solutions to customers, staying up-to-date with the latest health insurance policies and terminology.
- Respond to general customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strive to meet performance metrics, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to drive professional growth and excellence.

Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with college attendance or a degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- A minimum of 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- A minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience, with a solid understanding of health insurance policies and terminology.
- Computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with customers, coworkers, and other stakeholders.
- The ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and multi-task, utilizing multiple computer applications while maintaining a high level of customer focus.
- Flexibility, reliability, and availability for occasional overtime, as needed, to ensure seamless customer support.
- The ability to pass required skill and knowledge assessment tests, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- A commitment to 3 weeks of class training and 4 weeks of supervised call taking (nesting), without missing any time from work, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our systems, policies, and procedures.
