Job Overview In this role, you will be an integral part of the arenaflex warehouse team, responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. As a Data Entry and Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will work in a variety of areas, including merchandising, make-on-demand, customer returns, and general fulfillment. Your duties will include receiving and putting away inventory, selecting and packing orders, loading boxes into trucks for shipment, and utilizing scanners to read bar codes on products. You will also be required to troubleshoot problems, ensure product quality, and operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, with equipment training and certification provided free of cost. Key Responsibilities Receive and put away inventory in an efficient and organized manner Select, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Load boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring safe and secure transportation Utilize scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues in a proactive and effective manner Ensure product quality meets arenaflex standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, with equipment training and certification provided Work at heights up to 35 feet, utilizing safety equipment and following established protocols Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable) and go up and down stairs (where applicable) Adherence to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and management Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous in this role: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes Familiarity with power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, with existing certification or training Basic computer skills, with the ability to utilize scanners and other technology to read bar codes and manage inventory Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnight, early morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a proactive and effective manner Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development, both personally and professionally.
