**Your Role**
As a Senior Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your role will involve:
* Providing top-notch customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
* Investigating customer concerns and providing solutions to resolve issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience
* Providing training and guidance to junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex policies and procedures
**What We're Looking For**
* 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or financial services environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or financial services environment
* Experience working in the financial industry, with knowledge of financial products and services
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
**Work from Home Requirements**
* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
* A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
* A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
* Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
* Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
* ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
