Key Responsibilities
- Print and prepare field cards and reports for field data collectors, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Track fieldwork sign-out/sign-in, maintaining a record of all field activities and ensuring that all data is properly documented.
- Compile and sort information for computer entry, utilizing your organizational skills to ensure that all data is properly categorized and easily accessible.
- Input information from field data property cards in a timely manner, ensuring that all data is accurate and complete.
- Compare data against field and aerial photos, verifying the accuracy of all information and making any necessary corrections.
- Verify the accuracy of data inputted into the computer system, ensuring that all information is correct and up-to-date.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, adhering to all guidelines and protocols to ensure the smooth operation of our data entry process.
- Maintain confidentiality of County and taxpayer information, handling all sensitive data with care and discretion.
