Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of call center experience, with a strong understanding of environmental expectations and customer service principles.
- 10-key typing skills with a minimum of 32 words per minute, ensuring efficient data entry and processing.
- Reading comprehension skills to understand company manuals and step-by-step procedures, demonstrating attention to detail and analytical abilities.
