About the Role: Data Entry Specialist for Delta Airlines' Customer Data Platform
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing and maintaining our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP, ensuring seamless data integration and activation across our marketing channels. You'll work closely with our internal teams to provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and develop best practices for data management and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business needs, ensuring data accuracy, and relevancy.
- Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance of the platform, collaborating with IT and other teams to align on technical requirements.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on segment-building and RT-CDP platform usage, promoting best practices and data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshooting technical issues associated with the platform and implementing solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting partners to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds, staying up-to-date with the latest platform developments.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Leading training sessions to upskill internal teams on effective platform usage, promoting adoption and proficiency.
Essential Qualifications: What You Need to Succeed

- 3+ years of experience in technical data management and marketing solution experience, preferably with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent.
