About the Role: Director of Client Management - Virtual
We are seeking an experienced and talented Director of Client Management to lead a team of Senior Client Managers in managing a portfolio of merchant relationships across Southern California. As a Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing mutually beneficial relationships with merchant accounts, and delivering innovative insights and solutions to our clients. Your team will oversee a dynamic portfolio with approximately $5BN+ in charge volume and 400+ merchant relationships, spanning diverse B2B and B2C companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5 Senior Client Managers to manage, deepen, and improve relationships with 400+ respected brands, driving revenue growth and improving share.
- Develop, lead, and motivate a top-performing team to retain and drive incremental business, cultivating a culture of learning, strong challenger coaching skills, and consultative relationship management.
- Maintain and strengthen arenaflex's business by showcasing value, growing revenue, improving share, and increasing profitability, while embracing the fast-changing payments landscape and staying current with payment trends and economic/competitive indicators.
- Partner with internal colleagues to develop partnership and marketing assets relevant to your customer base, modeling key sales behaviors and skills, and balancing deal and skill coaching.
- Increase Merchant Satisfaction and maximize profits with an enterprise approach, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional results and maintains the highest standards of integrity and customer experience.
