We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Social Worker to join our team in a remote, telephonic case management role. As a Licensed Social Worker at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with registered nurse case managers to assess, plan, and advocate for members with complex health needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in empowering members to make informed lifestyle and medical choices, and in connecting them with vital community resources that support their overall well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) license in your state of residence. A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical social work or case management is also required. You will need to have a Master's Degree in Social Work and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
