What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced eCommerce PPC Google Ads Strategist with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in Google Ads, particularly in Shopping, Search, Display, and YouTube. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Strategizing, setting up, optimizing, and scaling Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns
- Analyzing campaign data daily to identify areas of opportunity and maximize ROAS
- Conducting landing page split-tests and optimization to ensure maximum return on ad spend
- Creating high-converting ad copy that drives results
- Setting up and managing Shopping Data Feeds, customizing feeds, and split-testing feeds
- Collaborating with internal Senior eComm Strategists and support teams on cross-channel campaign coordination and performance reporting
- Liaising with clients and providing detailed reports and ongoing performance improvement plans
Key Responsibilities
As an eCommerce PPC Google Ads Strategist, you'll be accountable for:
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyzing campaign data and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize ROAS and drive growth
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to achieve exceptional results
- Staying up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in Google Ads and eCommerce marketing
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of eCommerce marketing experience
- 2+ years of Google Ads experience
- A proven track record of exceptional Google Ads results and experience managing $20k+/month ad budgets
- Exceptional Google Shopping and/or YouTube results
- Elite level of Shopping feed customization
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent productivity and prioritization skills
- Elite communication skills - both written and verbal
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications
We'd love to see:
- Experience with large Shopping Data feeds and budgets
- Strong conversion optimization skills
- Experience with cross-channel campaign coordination and performance reporting
- Knowledge of the latest changes and trends in Google Ads and eCommerce marketing
