We are seeking an experienced entry-level Data Analyst – Remote Co-Op for Crew Resources and Scheduling to join our team. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst – Remote Co-Op, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing large datasets related to organization resources, flight schedules, organization assignments, and relevant facts.
- Generating regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into organization-related metrics and overall performance.
- Collaborating with Crew Resources agencies to forecast organization requirements based on flight schedules, organization availability, and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the development of organization planning strategies and optimization models.
- Managing and maintaining databases and datasets related to organization resources.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency for effective analysis.
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for organization resource management.
- Monitoring and evaluating organization-related metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensuring that organization scheduling and assignments comply with aviation regulations and company regulations.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and adapting systems and procedures accordingly.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with SQL or database querying tools, including ETL and functional aspects of data modeling.
- Proficiency in any scripting programming language (Python, Bash, PowerShell), preferred.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, preferred.
- Strong computer skills with substantial experience in Excel, including VBA.
- Outside-the-box thinking.
- Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in teams.
- Must be currently enrolled full-time in a typical college or university.
