• We can hire candidates in the following states: Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Utah, Kentucky, Florida, and Texas. This is a fast-moving, independent sales role designed for someone who excels at building relationships and driving revenue. Youll focus on prospecting, selling, and growing your book of business, while a dedicated operations team handles sourcing trucks, tracking, and billing. Remote Freight Broker Benefits and Compensation: • Monthly commission structure: • 10% of GM between $10,001$20,000 • 20% of GM between $20,001$30,000 • 30% of GM over $30,001+ • 401(k) with 5% company match • Paid time off and holidays • Fully remote role • Operations support for all carrier and back-office functions Remote Freight Broker Requirements & Qualifications: • 2+ years of inside sales experience in third-party logistics (3PL) • Required: Existing FTL book of business • Proven ability to generate your own leads and build lasting client relationships • Skilled at quoting freight, pricing shipments, and closing deals • Strong understanding of market capacity and rate negotiation Remote Freight Broker Preferred Background & Skills: • Previous success in roles focused heavily on cold outreach and client acquisition • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Highly motivated by performance-driven goals and earnings If youre looking for a sales-focused logistics role with full operational support and unlimited earning potential, this is the opportunity for you.
