**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a team of analysts in developing and implementing data analytics strategies to drive business growth and improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify business opportunities and optimize support operations
* Develop and maintain complex data models, including statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data visualizations
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Communicate complex analytics findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business innovation and improvement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
* Master's degree in business administration, statistics, or a related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and implementing data analytics strategies that drive business growth and improvement
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex analytics findings to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with Apple products and services (desired)
* Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques (desired)
* Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field (desired)
