About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Remote Pathology Transcriptionist/Editor to join our team of professionals working in the U.S. only. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Pathology Transcriptionist/Editor, you'll be responsible for:
- Transcribing and editing pathology reports with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Working on a variety of projects, including Acute Care and Pathology, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and meet client expectations
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in pathology transcription and editing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy levels
- Proficiency in Fluency (Acute Care and Pathology) and other relevant software applications
- A reliable and high-speed internet connection, PC, and foot pedal
- A current and active cell phone with access to the app store of your choosing (for multifactor apps)
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or freelance capacity
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools, such as MTs cell phones and multifactor apps
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
