**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Logistics Manager – Transportation to join our team in Temple, TX. As a key member of our Supply Chain Solutions division, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, ensuring the attainment of daily operational goals, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, ensuring the attainment of daily operational goals
* Provide exceptional customer service, managing customer expectations and satisfaction
* Lead and develop direct reports, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
* Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient use of resources
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as state and federal regulations
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**
* H.S. diploma/GED required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
* Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
* One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
* Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
* Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
* Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
* Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

**Compensation:**
* Target Salary: $60,000-$65,000 based on experience
* Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
