**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with customers

* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**
* **Age Requirement:** Minimum age of 18 years old
