Our values are simple: we're all about people, we win together, and we strive for better. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will work diligently to find resolutions to customer concerns, convey information efficiently and effectively, and strive for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service.
