**Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner
* Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
* Knowing our products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions and provide expert advice
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggesting improvements
* Managing a team of junior customer service representatives and providing guidance and support as needed
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
* The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
* Comfortable using computers and navigating our customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience working with customer support, preferably in a remote work-from-home environment
