**Key Responsibilities**

* Architecting and implementing a reporting framework that meets the needs of our stakeholders

* Data analysis, improvement of SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers, and document generation

* Data cleansing and validation
* Preparing data load scripts for mass data load from various data sources
* Using various database programs and analytical tools to drive business insights
* Enhancements and changes to structures and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* A bachelor's degree in a field related to the job, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
* At least 7 years of experience in a technical challenge management role, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
* Expert experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL script development
* Familiarity with Microsoft development technology, including .NET, ASP.NET, and C#
* Experience with reporting technology, including SSRS
* Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, organized, and awesome results
* Ability to mentor colleagues on requirements, best practices, and new-era concepts
* Understanding of usability best practices and user design
