**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development of data analysis and visualization tools, driving business decisions with data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain data analysis and visualization tools using SQL, Python, and other programming languages
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Work with data engineers to design and implement data architecture and infrastructure
* Collaborate with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics
* Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
* Provide data training and support to business stakeholders to ensure data literacy and adoption
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and visualization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
* Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and other programming languages
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data pipelines
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Experience with data governance and data quality processes
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
* Experience with data engineering and data architecture
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Chartio, or Mode
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or Redshift
* Experience with data governance and data quality processes
* Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations
