About the Role
As a key member of our Environment and Operational Insights Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our vast catalog of content data. You will work alongside software engineers and product managers to ideate, design, and enforce data-driven solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, then partner with engineering groups throughout the development lifecycle to build data pipelines and a range of analytics tools, including dashboards, indicators, and automatic reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of foundational data models and boost the productization of data insights.
- Design, construct, and maintain data pipelines to acquire, process, and analyze big and complex data units from various assets, including patron logging events, client pastime, and enterprise packages.
- Collaborate with engineers during the improvement process to integrate data logging and reporting into product functions.
- Communicate insights to vast sets of stakeholders across the organization.
