Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but we also offer the opportunity to work outside of traditional hours.

Earnings and Revenue

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you can earn up to $19 per hour, depending on your phone call status and performance metrics. We also offer additional incentives based on client and performance metrics, providing opportunities for growth and increased earnings.

Contractual Relationship:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be an independent contractor. This means that you will remain responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and work schedule. Blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings or providing benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, or health insurance.

We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. However, we are able to work with contractors residing in:
