**Job Description:**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online platforms. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, data analysis, and reporting. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for data accuracy will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Data Source Identification: Identify and verify data sources, including business requirements, data classifications, and data quality.
* Business Issue Analysis: Analyze business issues within your discipline, question assumptions, and identify underlying drivers. Develop recommendations to address business issues and set key performance indicators (KPIs) based on established progress rules and metrics.
* Business Case Assessment: Assess proposed business cases for initiatives and projects, translate business requirements into solutions, and align the team to the business strategy while executing expectations.
* Data Visualization: Identify and recommend the most suitable data visualization tools based on the setting and define application configuration based on client needs. This includes building compelling stories based on the setting, presenting to and influencing different audiences using appropriate data perception, and adapting communication style based on partners.
* General Guidance: Provide general guidance by examining business goals and client needs. This includes creating, communicating, building support for, and implementing business procedures, plans, and processes; investigating costs and estimates and integrating into strategies; and deciding and supporting resource requirements.
* Collaboration and Communication: Create and use internal and external organizations and networks, lead key community engagement and inclusion initiatives, and support partners while upholding and adhering to the organization's principles of integrity and ethics.
**Requirements:**
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Hive)
* Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and scheduling/workflow tools (e.g., Wind current)
* Ability to convey the details of a metric to executives clearly
* Ability to connect the dots between data and its impact on the business
* Experience developing new metrics to track business influence
* Experience leading a team of investigators
* Willingness to build dashboards and reports that combine data from multiple sources
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Foundation or education in statistics
* Experience with AI and data science techniques
