Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes strategic plans for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Leads teams assigned to projects, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Designs, creates, and implements strategies, processes, and frameworks to integrate and analyze diverse data sets, including structured and unstructured data.
- Serves as a subject matter expert and may act as a point of escalation, providing deep expertise and resolving complex issues.
- Proactively identifies and resolves issues, including timely resolution and identification of remediation opportunities.
- Develops software programs, algorithms, dashboards, data tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate, and evaluate datasets.
- Stay up-to-date with new scientific methods and technologies, applying them to drive business solutions and innovation.
- Collaborates with functional specialty units to drive business solutions and direction.
- Establishes credibility with partners, managing expectations and ensuring regular, consistent, and effective communication.
- May develop and manage budgets for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Fosters a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking to drive business growth.
Essential Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in a work environment.
- At least 2 years of direct management, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership experience.
Skills and Competencies
- Profound knowledge of SQL and experience with analysis and statistical software like Python, R, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others.
- Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external partners to drive business solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Education
- Advanced degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline.
