Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to build software that impacts millions of customers worldwide. This role will give you direct experience in developing software for the arenaflex Echo, arenaflex Fire, and arenaflex mobile apps, among other devices. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions, and contributing to the development of our technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve large-scale and difficult engineering problems with practical and innovative code solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define engineering best practices and standards, and provide technical mentorship to other engineering team members.
- Champion the customer experience, ensuring their needs are always prioritized and met.
- Design and build software for mobile, front-end clients, and server systems, utilizing your expertise in software development to drive innovation.
- Contribute to the creation of services using GenAI, and participate in the development of new technologies and infrastructure.

Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, including expertise in design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with agile development strategies and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment.
