About the Role

In this critical role, you will be the face and voice of arenaflex, interacting with the public on an individual basis to gain commitment and support for our life-saving mission. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your excellent communication skills to build relationships, provide information, and address concerns. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a schedule that includes Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a pleasant voice and professional manner. One year of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred, but not required. You must be flexible and able to work unscheduled or long hours in response to a crisis or special blood needs, and have the ability to effectively communicate to the public over the phone.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary based on education and/or experience, as well as a $500 bonus after 6 months and a $1,000 bonus after 1 year.
