Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time LPN to join our patient care team. As a Full-Time LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, administering medications, and assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examination and treatment, including taking patient histories and vital signs

- Assist physicians in preparing for minor surgeries and physicals, providing exceptional support and care to our patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including files, records, and other relevant information
- Use nursing theory to guide patient care, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care
- Perform selected nursing and administrative duties, including preparing exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments
- Give injections and apply splints and dressings, as required, to provide comprehensive care to our patients
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures
- Attend staff meetings as required, contributing to our team's collaborative and dynamic work environment

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school, with a strong foundation in nursing theory and practice
- Current Oregon LPN license, with a commitment to maintaining your professional development and licensure
- Healthcare provider level BLS/CPR certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
- 1+ years of professional nursing experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care
