Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to multiple functions and processes within our Payment and Deposit Operations. Your primary focus will be on the operational support of ACH and Vault applications, ensuring seamless payment processing and deposit operations. Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple functions and processes within Payment and Deposit Operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Provide operational support for ACH and Vault applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements
- Conduct business analysis for payment and deposit applications, identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative solutions
- Act as the first line of contact for user-reported inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain reporting and metrics to measure performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
