About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative 2 at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other channels. You will be working on a highly recognized federal government contract, supporting loan operations and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and structured environment. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of at least $17.20 per hour, depending on the applicable Wage Determination. In addition, cleared employees will earn $4.57 per hour paid (capped at 40 hours per week) in Health and Welfare, which will cover the full cost of employee-only medical, dental, and vision premiums. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for career advancement.
