As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be part of an innovative company dedicated to transforming the travel industry. This is a remote role aimed at providing 24/7 customer support to our clients, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. Shifts may include irregular working hours depending on your time zone, providing flexibility and the opportunity to balance work with personal commitments.
The selected candidate will join as a contractor, allowing for a dynamic and flexible working arrangement. The night shift is scheduled from 15:30-24:00 CET during TUE-SAT or SUN-THU, with a margin of +/- one hour to fit your schedule.
