We are seeking an experienced and skilled NOC Engineer I, Outage Management to join our team. As a NOC Engineer I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 100% Fiber-Optic Internet network. You will be responsible for coordinating network outages, performing event notifications, assisting with 3rd party ticket creation, and providing technical and analytical support to resolve network problems.
