About the Role: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a passionate and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, working remotely in Washington (except in Seattle). As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing them with peace of mind and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

What You Bring to the Role:

- At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field

- Recognized product or service knowledge, with the ability to apply and explain it to customers
- Computer experience, with proficiency in using various software applications and tools
- A high-speed internet connection (>25mbps) and a hardwired connection to your home router (recommended)
- A quiet, private workspace at home, free from background noise and distractions
